Pool Guests
The pool guest fee is $3.00 per person and each guest must be signed in by a member. Guests may use the pool as long as the member is present. Non-member babysitters for your children must pay as a guest.

Overbrook members are permitted to add their immediate family members who do not live with them in their homes, to a supplemental pool list. Your immediate family members may then use the pool facility for the duration of the summer and can also be included in swim lessons and our annual party. There is a charge of $25 per person to be added to this list. Immediate family members are defined as and limited to, parents, sons, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Contact the Overbrook office (753-4770) if you are interested as these fees must be collected before admittance is allowed.

New     Another option for family guests has been approved by the Board of Directors. If a member has immediate family visiting from out of town, a week long pass may be purchased for $10.00 each. Your family member may then use the facilities as often as desired during the duration of the pass. Passes may be requested through the Overbrook office (753-4770) or at the pool sign-in desk.

Water Aerobics
We will continue to have an adult pool hour beginning at 9:00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We really appreciate Mrs. Joanie Tiefel, who has again graciously agreed to lead a low-impact water aerobics class during this hour. Please call the office if you have any questions. The adult hour will begin Monday, June 7th.

New   Overbrook  POA  Restricted Parking District
The OPOA Board of Directors has submitted an application to the city of North Little Rock to form a restricted parking district for the Overbrook properties which reside in this city. Recently, the City of North Little Rock adopted an ordinance to restrict residential parking in front or side yards on any non-paved surface and to prohibit parking of any large commercial vehicles in front of homes. OPOA has filed an application to form this restricted  parking district, so that these new restrictions can be enforced by the city in our neighborhood. A open hearing will be held Monday, May 24 at 7:00 pm at the NLR City Hall for any discussion on this issue. You may also call the Overbrook office (753-4770)  if you have questions.

Reminder - OPOA  Home Projects Approval
Fences, walls, storage buildings, room additions, swimming pools, decks, TV satellites, dog pens, etc., must have a city building permit and also must be approved by the Board of Directors of OPOA, before they are erected. Please read Paragraph (13) on page 11 in your Bill of Assurance for details. Overbrook Addition has several building restrictions that go beyond the restrictions required in the cities of North Little Rock and Sherwood. Save time and money by giving the office a call at 753-4770.

Recent Neighborhood Complaints
We have received a recent complaint concerning individuals who have left poisoned food out in their yards. Please refrain from this kind of  “critter control”. Sometimes our pets get loose and they can find their way to this food. The person who called had lost their family pet due to this negligence. Please be a good neighbor

FYI      The Park bathroom entry combination is ‘345'.
