The Overbrook Park located at 5711 Randolph is a great place to relax spring, summer, fall and winter. This beautiful five-acre recreation area contains an Olympic size swimming pool complete with two slides, two diving boards and a large shallow area providing great summer fun. The swimming facility also has a small shallow wading pool for toddlers and babies to play and enjoy. The pool opens in late May on Memorial Day weekend and closes in September on Labor Day. Trained lifeguards are on duty to provide water safety and assistance.  There are adult swim times which include a rejuvenating water aerobics class. Changing facilities are available and include bathrooms and hot showers. The pool is available for after hours rental during the swimming season. The pool is a great place for a summer birthday or family party.

The park also includes a covered open air pavilion available for an impromptu picnic lunch or it can be rented for parties of many kinds. In the spring and fall the Big Toy playground and picnic tables surrounded by large shady trees are a hit with all the kids.      

Our residents can use our three acrylic coated tennis courts or our basketball court which are available year round. The park contains well kept natural areas that can be used for Easter egg hunts of just a game of hide and seek. Overbrook Park is provided exclusively for our Overbrook families. As an Overbrook home owner you and your immediate family are entitled to use any of these facilities without charge.

On occasion our members can rent these facilities when they desire to have a group function including non-Overbrook members. Rentals are scheduled through the Overbrook office on a first come, first serve basis. The following are the current rental rates for our facilities;

Pool Guest fees:  $3.00 each, daily fee for up to 5 guests per household using pool facilities.

Pavilion rental:  $40.00 rental fee, $50 returnable deposit
    (Rental includes up to 4 hours use of open air pavilion, electricity, fans and bathrooms.)
   
Pool rental:  $125.00 rental fee, $100.00 returnable deposit
    (Rental includes up to 4 hours use of open air pavilion, 2 hours use of the pool facility between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 pm only and  three lifeguards)    (*Please note parties are limited to 50 people)

Kids Party rental:  $25.00 rental fee, $25.00 returnable deposit plus $3.00 each for non-members
    (Rental includes 2 hour use of special picnic table area around the swimming pool and swimming for up to 12 non-Overbrook member guests.)
    (* Parties can be scheduled during normal pool hours. Please note parties are limited to    20 guests including members and non-members. The Pavilion can also be rented for     Kids Parties at the rates shown above, but the number of swimmers will be limited to 20.)
